About Revic

We're building an AI-native revenue engine for B2B sales teams. Instead of handing reps more data, we work out which accounts matter, why now, and how to get in, and deliver that as an answer. The engineering team is split between Vancouver and SF.

The role

Own the system that automatically learns each customer's business from their CRM, call recordings, and other systems of record: what they sell, to whom, and why they win or lose.

Turn that understanding into new account and upsell opportunities, with an agent that reviews every win and loss, explains its verdict, and improves as customers push back on it.

What we're looking for

A blend of data science and software engineering. Prototyping with LLMs is the easy part; we need someone with a research mindset who can build the evals and rubrics to take it to production as a self-learning system.

Sales tech experience is a strong plus.

People who want to own a whole area end to end and ship, and are excited by early-stage ownership.

Based in Vancouver (preferred) or San Francisco. We get together in person every week.
